Trusted Beyond Our Borders

Since 2023, we’ve extended our commitment to quality beyond our own products. We export a range of agricultural commodities — sugar, corn, lentils, cooking oils, soybeans, and spices — alongside industrial staples like sulphur and bauxite, sourced through direct trade partnerships across India, Russia and Brazil.
Alongside these, we also export our own tea and peanut butter, carrying the same trust and quality we hold at home to markets beyond it.

Our Sourcing of Peanut Butter

Everything starts with our own land. Our peanuts are grown on our family farms in Veraval, Gir Somnath — the same soil that’s been farmed by our family for generations. Every jar of peanut butter we make begins here, with peanuts we’ve grown, watched over, and trusted ourselves, long before they ever reach a jar.

Our Sourcing of Tea

Our tea tells a different story — one of trusted partnerships rather than our own soil. We source from gardens we’ve come to know and rely on, then bring every batch through our own hands: checked, processed, and packed under close supervision before it ever reaches a tin. What we can’t grow ourselves, we hold to the same standard as what we can.
From leaf to hand — sourced from trusted gardens, processed under our watch, checked by our own hands.

Job Work & Contract Manufacturing

Over the years, we’ve worked alongside a number of startup and growing brands — helping them bring small, fresh batches to market without needing a factory of their own. We genuinely enjoy being part of that journey; supporting others as they build something of their own isn’t just a service we offer, it’s something we care about.
Because we control our own raw material supply — grown on our own farms and sourced through trusted partnerships — we’re able to keep minimum order quantities low, without the constraints larger manufacturers usually require.

"A Note From Us"

The name Kollamai carries a meaning we didn’t take lightly — it means “not harmful.” That idea sits at the center of everything we make: nothing artificial, nothing rushed, nothing that cuts corners at your expense.

When it came time to choose a face for the brand, we didn’t want just another logo. We wanted something people could trust the moment they saw it — before they’d read a single word about who we are or what we do. We looked at brands that had done this before us, where a founder’s face didn’t just represent a business, it became the promise. We asked ourselves: why not build that same trust around someone who actually shaped everything we stand for?

There was only one face that made sense — our father, Bharat Dodiya. It’s his years of honest work, his insistence on doing things properly even when no one was watching, that Kollamai was really built on long before it had a name.

So the name means “not harmful.” The face is the promise that it stays that way — from him to you.
